• You have 3 years of experience in a similar role within the high-tech industry - Must.

• Your strong organizational skills, detail-orientation, & solution focus give you the ability to handle multiple priorities, in a fluid startup environment & roll with the punches.
• Generate processes & procedures on how administrative tasks can be done more efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric approach, ability to interact with multiple external & internal interfaces with a professional, cheerful, & fun attitude - that is all you.
Your skills include a full proficiency in:
• MS Office & G Suite
• Fluent English (verbal & written).
• You are familiar with Office applications: Word, Excel, & collaboration tools.
• Preferably you have Startup experience
• BA Degree
• Experience in a constantly growing team.
What You Will Do
• Act as the focal point for office maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills & errands.
• You will organize & schedule meetings & appointments, allocate meeting rooms & make sure all is organized as planned.
• As part of your job, you will own vendor relationships, procurement, ensure deliveries, invoicing & payments.
• You will support the Founders and the Business Operations Manager in their day to day tasks.
• In the future, the role may include managing & sitting in the reception area & providing general support for visitors.
• In addition, you will partner closely with HR, assist with onboarding of new hires & plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations & conferences.
